Georgia - Florida 2026 FAQ
With the Georgia–Florida game not being held in Jacksonville in 2026 and 2027 due to stadium construction, we know many of you may have questions about what to expect over the next couple of years.
First and foremost, the club isn’t going anywhere. We’ll continue hosting weekly meetings during football season, bringing in guest speakers during game weeks, and organizing local watch parties while continuing to support the Vince Dooley Scholarship.
Here are some quick answers to common questions:
I join every year to get access to parking, so if the game isn’t in Jacksonville, why renew?
- Your dues will continue to support our Vince Dooley Scholarship.
- You’ll be invited to our annual membership appreciation party in the spring—good food, drinks, gifts, and plenty of Bulldog fellowship all for free.
- When the game returns to Jacksonville in 2028, members who have stayed members in 2026, 2027 and 2028 will get priority access to parking passes in our most popular lots which we believe will remain WJCT and the River Lot.
When should I renew my dues?
- Our memberships are based on the calendar year even though we have members renewing year-round. To be eligible for priority access you must pay your dues in 2026, 2027 and 2028 before Labor Day each year.
Will there still be scheduled events in Jacksonville during Georgia–Florida weekend?
- Yes! We’re planning a local watch party. Details (location, activities, etc.) are still being worked out and will be shared on our website and social media as soon as possible.
Any plans for events in Atlanta (2026) or Tampa (2027)?
- We’re still discussing that. Stay tuned… updates will be posted once plans are finalized.
Will there be reserved parking in Atlanta?
- No
Who do I contact if I have more questions?
